Always associate each guide you create with your RILINK Schools group (even if you don't want the guide to be searchable--in that case, leave it in Private status). If you forgot to assign a guide to your group when you created the guide, see the next tab for instructions.
If you forgot to assign a guide to your group when you created the guide, follow these steps:
Login to your LibGuides Dashboard and select the guide you want to edit. Under the description area locate Type/:Group. Then click on the Edit icon. A new box will open. Select the name of your Group from the list. Click Save.
The name of your Group should now be there.
RILINK has a group subscription to LibGuides CMS. This means that each site is created and hosted as its own group under the administration of the main RILINK Schools site.
Groups allow for each school library's site to have a custom banner, custom design, custom content, and individualized collaboration.
All guides assigned to your group comprise your LibGuides CMS site. Please continue reading below for more information.
