Session Presenter Ruth Donahue

Ruth has been teaching technology and information skills for over 30 years at the elementary, middle, high school, and adult levels. She loves to use music in her librarian instruction and is known as the “singing librarian” to her students. She has lived in Japan, Hawaii, California, and Virginia but her favorite place of all is Rhode Island. She is the Library Media Specialist at Melville Elementary School in Portsmouth. In teaching and for pleasure, she reads books on a kindle, ipad, computer, and of course - real paper.
