Blogger, a free app provided by Google©, supports text, video, and photos.  The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.


Edublogs is WordPress for education.  The site says" Edublogs lets you easily create & manage student & teacher blogs, quickly customize designs and include videos, photos & podcasts - it's safe, easy and secure so try out an Edublog today!"  The website offers a Community link with several categories of blogs.  The free app is available for both iOS and Android devices.


Kidblog, advertises itself as "Safe and Simple Blogs for Your Students" offers both free and paid versions.  The app is available for iPhone and iPad only.


WordPress, a free blogging & web publishing tool, is familiar to many.  Apps are available for both iOS and Android.



Tumblr  is described as both a  free blogging site and a social networking tool.  Tumblr is available for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
