Renee Hobbs is internationally recognized as one of the leading experts on digital and media literacy education. She is Professor and Founding Director of the Harrington School of Communication and Media and Interim Director of the graduate program in Library and Information Studies at the University of Rhode Island. She has authored five books, more than 100 scholarly and professional articles, and created award-winning videos and multimedia curriculum for K-12 learners.
