This session will provide many tips to help teachers and librarians ignite a passion for reading with their students.


Melanie Roy has been a library teacher at Hampden Meadows School (grades 4 and 5) in Barrington, RI, for four years. Prior to that, she was a fourth grade teacher and a special needs teacher. She is passionate about read aloud, student choice and student voice.
