Let’s FLIP this PD! See how Jamestown flipped their PD model. They not only moved away from the traditional model by putting everything online but they also provided “Choice” and “Voice” in what their educators wanted to learn. Jen will share Jamestown’s online PD site and explain how they successfully transformed their PD. You will get tips on building a Google site, crowd-sourcing resources, creating badges, tracking completed work, and organizing it all.
