Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about an instructional tool that is being utilized in classrooms across the country: HyperDocs. Approximately 15 minutes of the session will be informative-what are the essential elements of HyperDocs, what is their purpose, why should teachers incorporate HyperDocs into lessons, and how HyperDocs can be very easily adapted from templates and samples.

The remainder of the session will function as a workshop. Participants will be able to browse HyperDoc samples, templates, and collaborate with others to design their own HyperDocs.

Andrew Belanger is going on his fourth year of teaching. Currently, he is a special education teacher at West Warwick High School. Prior to joining West Warwick Public Schools, Andrew taught at Blackstone Valley Prep Middle School 1.

Andrew earned his Master's of Education-Urban Teaching Program from Providence College in the spring of 2017. He is passionate about personalized learning and digital literacy. He lives with his wife and 1-year old daughter in northern Rhode Island.

Tracy Enos is lucky enough to spend her days surrounded by energetic 8th graders.  She is in her 8th year of teaching in West Warwick, RI and is currently at Deering Middle School.  Lucky enough to be teaching in the district she grew up in, she is forever a Wizard.  Tracy is passionate about opening doors for her students to create, collaborate, and communicate with one another and the world around them.  She is driven to help her students develop their passions, reach their goals, and cultivate a spirit of excellence. As a lover of stories and the power they hold, she happily spends way too much money and time at used bookstores in search of just the right book for just the right student. She is hungry to grow and constantly striving to be the best teacher she can possibly be. Although she has a lot to learn, she believes that Blended Instruction is a key to a student-centered learning environment.
