As Operations Director of AskRI, Beatrice Pulliam (she/her/hers) is responsible for administering the Statewide Reference Resource Center/AskRI.org services and programs, and as Director of Technology & Information Services at Providence Public Library, she is responsible for directing the expansion of the Library's digital footprint, and re-envisioning online experiences and services for users. Beatrice has more than 15 years experience working in libraries. She also holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in Library & Information Science from Simmons University in Boston.

Jeremy Ferris is the Digital Content Manager for Providence Public Library, where he ensures that the library's digital resources aid in access to research, education, public services, and more. He holds his MLIS from Simmons University, and has previously worked with digital collections and information services at Providence College, Rhode Island Historical Society, and Providence Community Libraries, among others.
