Katrina Conte has more than 15 years of sales experience in the K-12 and library market in the areas of print books, automation, publishing, inventory management, professional development, streaming videos, eBooks, and databases. As the Infobase Business Development Executive, Katrina covers Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, and Maine for K-12 schools.  Prior to joining Infobase, Katrina was a Technology Representative for Follett selling Destiny Library Manager in the Mid-Atlantic area supporting K-12 in Maryland, DE, NJ, and NY.  Katrina was a 6th-grade Math Teacher in Florida before finding her way into Ed-tech sales.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with her four kids and husband.

Robert Champion has more than 5 years of customer advocacy experience in the K-12 Education Market. As your Infobase “Champion” and Customer Success Manager, he partners with Katrina to cover Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, and Maine for K-12 schools. Robert is your main point of contact for renewals, training, marketing, and other general Infobase content and needs. Prior to joining Infobase, Robert worked for Spur, an Education Staffing Agency, where he partnered with schools to provide quality candidates and day-to-day management covering positions ranging from special education, janitorial, to teachers. Robert was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, where he currently resides with a wife and two children.
