Work Environment:

RILINK is a consortium of 200+ school libraries formed for the purpose of resource sharing and shared library automation.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Director, helps provide technical and user support.  Substitutes for other RILINK staff as needed in providing support for use of the Destiny Library Manager and Resource Manager software, interlibrary loan, member web site development, special projects and professional development and training. 

Qualifications:

Required:

MLS degree and at least five years experience as a school library media specialist; must be available during the school day.

Preferred:

Experience with RILINK; experience with Follett Destiny Library Manager software and computer systems and browsers; experience using LibGuides web development software for libraries, availability to travel to member schools statewide.

Benefits:

Part-time position on consultant basis; no benefits.

Salary:

$32 per hour, up to 30 hours per month, negotiable, plus mileage.
