As Operations Director of AskRI, Beatrice Pulliam (she/her/hers) is responsible for administering the Statewide Reference Resource Center/AskRI.org services and programs, and as Director of Technology & Information Services at Providence Public Library, she is responsible for directing the expansion of the Library's digital footprint, and re-envisioning online experiences and services for users. Beatrice has more than 15 years experience working in libraries. She also holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in Library & Information Science from Simmons University in Boston.

Jeremy Ferris (he/him/his) is the Digital Content Manager for Providence Public Library, where he ensures that the library's digital resources aid in access to research, education, public services, and more. For AskRI.org, Jeremy provides support and training to patrons, librarians, and educators. He holds his MLIS from Simmons University, and has worked in a number of Rhode Island library settings since 2012.
