Chaichin Chen is the Library of Rhode Island (LORI) Resource Sharing Coordinator. In addition to the LORI network, she is also the State Library E-rate Coordinator and the Chair of the OLIS Web Development Team. Prior to OLIS, she was the Director of the State Publication Clearinghouse at the RI State Library and a Technical Information Specialist with Plan International. Chaichin holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.
