The Rhode Island Library Information Network for Kids (RILINK) was founded in 1988 as a cooperative effort by school library media specialists to share resources and expertise in support of the students, schools, and communities they serve. The first Strategic Plan was written in 2019 and early 2020 for the 2020 - 2025 school years. Education in general, and school libraries in particular, have seen major changes in those years, and the 2025 - 2030 plan reflects how we envision RILINK's role in the coming five years.
