Meeting the needs of RILINK members was crucial in preparation of the Strategic Plan. These steps were taken to solicit their input.
- An organizational survey was developed and sent to members. The RILINK Advisory Committee had first access to the survey and could suggest changes. The survey was distributed via the RILINK listserv and was highlighted in two RILINK newsletters. We had 49 responses. RILINK Staff viewed the Field Analysis Reports of the responses as well as reading the written comments. These reports and comments are available by contacting a member of the RILINK Staff.
- RILINK members had the opportunity to post comments about the consortium and to discuss their needs at the Annual Conference in July 2025.
- RILINK Staff considered Help Requests submitted to LibWizard to assess member needs.
