Media Widgets

Follett now provides a variety of widgets to access and/or search your Destiny Discover catalog.  The widgets are accessed by clicking on the Destiny Discover link under the Catalog tab.  Once in Destiny Discover click on the hamburger menu in the top right-hand corner and select Widgets from the dropdown menu.  The "Widget Factory" page will open.

Then follow these steps.

1. Filter widget options Type and/or Theme or just scroll through the list.
2. Click on the Customize and Get Code button for the widget you have chosen.
3. Select the Material Type you would like searched.
4. Click on Copy to get the code.
5. Paste the code into the box on your library site (guide) using the content type Media/Widget.
6. Name the widget with the name of your library. 

Because you are logged into your library site when you copy the code, the widget "knows" to search your catalog.
