As the RILINK staff worked on the 2020 Strategic Plan with the ad hoc Advisory Committee the need for an ongoing Advisory Board became apparent. Established in 2021, the Advisory Board of the Rhode Island Library and Information Network for Kids exists to advise, recommend, and advocate for RILINK to the education community and government bodies. The board supports the work of RILINK and provides leadership to RILINK members as well as leadership to the community regarding RILINK services and resources.
