Editing Guides & Pages in LibGuides CMS v2: Basic Menu and Layout Options

In guide edit view, LibGuides CMS v2 offers three main editing areas. This section focuses on Guides.

 (orange menu bar) - provides access to list of guides, list of assets, image manager, widgets, link checker, statistics, and more

 - onscreen tools on left, extended guide menu options on right

2A. Use the onscreen tools to edit

• Guide name
• guide description
• friendly URL
• subjects
• tags

2B. Use the extended guide menu options for enhanced customizations, including

• Group assignment
• add/assign editors
• change guide template
• previous/next buttons
• customize tab & box options
