RILINK will conduct an annual review of its Strategic Plan and update the status of each objective in a revised version of this document which will be posted on our website. As unique circumstances arise, Staff will modify goals, objectives, activities, or budgetary items as needed.
In the fourth quarter of 2020 we will make adjustments to objectives as necessary based on ramifications of the current crisis, and factor in budget estimates where applicable for those objectives that need them in preparation for the coming year.
Thereafter, beginning in 2021, annual reviews of the entire Strategic Plan will occur in the third quarter of each year for the duration of the Plan.
Beginning in the first quarter of 2024, RILINK will begin the process of developing a new Strategic Plan for the five-year period covering September 2025 through August 2030.
