Documenting a problem in Destiny

How can you document a problem that you are seeing in Destiny? Please click on  This link is also located on the right-hand edge of any page in our web site.  Be as specific as possible about the problem that you are experiencing.  Upload a screen shot or file to show us exactly what you are experiencing by doing this:

for Chromebooks

  1. Use Take a screenshot: Press Ctrl + Show Windows 
  2. The image file will go to a Google Photos/ On Device.
  3. Click on  and the screenshot that you saved once you have completed the rest of the form.
  4. Submit the Request Help form.

 

for PCs

  1. Press the Windows key + PrtScn
  2. Your screen will go dim.
  3. A screenshot of your entire screen will save to the Pictures > Screenshots folder.
  4. Click on  and the screenshot that you saved once you have completed the rest of the form.
  5. Submit the Request Help form.

For Macs 

  1. Use the Screenshot in the Dock & Menu bar or these keys Shift + Command + 3. The file will go to your desktop
  2. Click on , and make sure to upload the PNG file that you saved after completing the rest of the form.
  3. Submit the Request Help form.

We recommend that you use the Request Help form, but if you want to email a specific staff member about your issue:

Find your school's Public IP Address

You can find your school's public IP address by opening a browser on a computer in the library, and going to https://whatismyipaddress.com/
Then email your school's name and the public IP address to us, OFF LIST at info@rilink.org
