Help FAQ: Order Barcode Labels

We can only order labels at a minimum of 8 rolls per order, so we will hold your order until we have orders totaling at least 8 rolls.

Please complete and submit the form online even if you are submitting a PO.   The information on the order form is often not sent with the PO.  We will hold your order until we receive the PO.  Please contact Karen Shore with any questions.
